This is the main way in which I worked on producing the animation. I worked on layer by layer and used opacity as a way to look and determine where the .layer were. 
Learning to control the speed, in previous workshops has really helped me in this step. I was able to control the speed and the ease in ease out.
I used this method to organise my layers well and move them around well. I used seperate layers for each movement of swing. This really did speed things up as opposed to working in a messy layer.
colour coding really helped me in this case to move the files after also in aftereffect which then played and opened in a seperate composition which I then simply transfered and made into one.
There was no other way that I knew how to animate it in after effects then to have lined them up after one another and play it in that way. With the first one I really need to play around with the the amount of time that i let each fframe to be on show and play around with the duration with the of the frames that needed to be shown for a longer time period.
